More self-policing needed for OU smokers (video)
A new smoking policy on OU’s campus this year means those lighting up need to be at least 50 feet from any university building. Apparently, many smokers do not know or care about the policy change. So what will the administration do to get smokers moving? OU News Bureau video reporter Andrew Chapman went looking for answers.
