Military museum opens in Eastpointe

The Michigan Military Technical & Historical Society, 16600 Stephens in Eastpointe, has its grand opening today, Nov. 11, to commemorate Veteran’s Day. The museum showcases Michigan’s contribution to 20th-century conflict. The society’s website is www.mimths.org.

Admission to the museum is $5. Patrons can also purchase a $20 membership, which will grant them access throughout the year. The museum also includes a reference library and a gift shop.
